Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: your email and name, either from your Google account (if you sign in with Google) or the email and password you set directly.
• Profile: first/last name, regular partner, seating preference, and country, if you fill these in.
• Tournament results: once you confirm which entries in a tournament’s roster are you, we link your account to those board-by-board results so they show up on your dashboard.
• Club data: if you administer a club, the tournament files (Bridgemate .bws) you upload, and the club/member/admin records you create.
• Contact form: whatever you write to us, plus your name/email if you provide them.
• Site analytics: page visits and link clicks, tied to an anonymous visitor id — only once you accept cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

Why we collect it

To run the service you asked for: match you to your own results, show your dashboard, let club admins manage their own club’s tournaments, respond to your messages, and understand which parts of the site are actually used (only with your consent). We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of processors to run the service, each only for what they’re named for:

• Google — sign-in, if you choose Google login.
• Supabase — our database and authentication.
• Google Cloud (BigQuery) — where tournament board data is processed into the analytics you see.
• Vercel — hosts the website itself.
• Resend — delivers account and password-reset emails.
• Anthropic — powers the AI chat/report feature; a question you ask it is sent there to generate the answer.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists, plus a reasonable period after deletion to prevent abuse. Tournament results themselves are public bridge data (who played what, against whom) that outlives any one account, same as a published results bulletin would.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email info@smarttable.hr and we’ll act on it. You can also lodge a complaint with Croatia’s data protection authority, AZOP.
